Christopher-Meloni

Christopher Peter Meloni (born Christopher Peter Meloni) is an American actor who is best known for his role as the star of the popular TV show 'Law and Order Special Victims Unit. He identified his interest towards acting during his time in school and then pursued acting studies in the University of Colorado at Boulder. Though he's appeared in films and in television shows but it's the character actors on smaller screens that have given him popularity. He is able to portray characters of both good and bad sides of the legal system. He can draw the attention of viewers easily. His first project was a TV serial and later, he played a detective for the NYPD. In recognition of his performance on tiny screens, he has received numerous nominations for the prestigious Emmy Awards as well as PRISM Awards. Eyes that are piercing blue on his face have been deemed to be the most appealing characteristic. They have been utilized to portray rough characters as well as give them a sense of humour. People's magazine's Sexiest Men Alive 2006 featured the actor.
